TERMS OF SERVICE
_____✔By agreeing to commission ⒸSpottiesaysmeow you automatically agree to these Terms of Service. You must read and understand my terms of service. Failure to do so is your responsibility. I have the right to refuse ANYONE.✅ Payment I must receive payment before starting on your commission. You may order ahead of time to snag a slot but you must notify me the EXACT date you will pay. Failure to pay on this date will result in the cancellation of your order. PAYPAL INVOICES OR CASHAPP ONLY PLEASE. Also, I do not take payment plans! Handling fees apply, use this guide:

-This rule does not apply if ordering through "UnVale"-❌I will not draw: heavy gore, complex backgrounds, potentially offensive material, stolen characters, feral prn, prn in general, fetish themes I find offensive, hate speech✅I will draw: Anthropomorphic animals/furries, mythical creatures/hybrids, canines, felines, birds, dragons, Not Safe For Work (nudity, suggestive, lingerie, etc. Extra fee applies), clothing, any species really, humans (experimental)✅Please treat me with respect! I am not your “art slave” upon paying. When requesting changes do not give unconstructive criticism or say anything offensive about my art while I am creating it. If you do offend me, I will cancel your order without a refund.✔Must have somewhat of a reference of the character you would like drawn✅I send work in progress’ and progress photos. I may ask you your opinion or clarity on your character’s design and pose.✔Please remain in contact with me while I am creating your art. Communication is VERY important to me!✅If you change your screen name while your art is being created by me, you MUST tell me! If I cannot find your username I will cancel your order WITHOUT REFUND!✔Allow 2-4+ weeks to create your commission depending on what is going on in my personal life (I will update you).✅DO NOT RUSH ME PLEASE. If you need a commission done by a certain time (i.e. a gift for someone, moving, etc.) please let me know BEFORE you pay.✔You may cancel any commission and receive a refund ONLY at the sketch stage. Once it is lined, you may not ask for a refund. At the sketch stage, you may request changes.✅ My products are created in a pet household. My dog does not enter the workspace but my cat has free reign. If you are highly allergic to pet hair, PLEASE tell me and I will take extra care in creating it with as minimal contact with my pets as possible.✔Once your commission is done and shipped, you may NOT ask for a refund! Once it is shipped, it leaves my responsibility. In other words, I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. I will take a picture of the written address and double-check that I have written it correctly before sending it off.✅Please be mindful of the shipping times:
US- a week or less
Canada/International- up to 4 weeks✔I do not own the rights to the characters being drawn for commissions.✅You may NOT copy, reference, or modify any commissions from me as any commissions ordered are still MY property. I have full rights to post/share pictures/progress photos on any social media. If you would like to post it/share it, PLEASE GIVE ME FULL CREDIT! I may record speedpaints and post progress photos publicly on your commission.✔Materials:
Traditional: Prismacolor markers, Gelly Roll white gel pen, Strathmore marker paper/Canson multimedia paper, Scotch laminating sheets, mechanical pencils, Prismacolor and Roseart colored pencils, Micron liners, POSCA paint markers, Google for minimal species reference.

Digital Art Prices

-All digital pieces come with a simple, 2 color gradient background at no extra charge. More complex backgrounds are an extra cost that will be discussed.
-Full .png file will be emailed to you.
-You may not request an unwatermarked version. I usually place my watermarks in an inconspicuous spot anyway

-DM me for a quote, prices may vary based on the complexity of the character.
-Must have a digital reference of the character to make the colors as accurate as possible.
-Please specify whether you want your character drawn in anthro or feral form.
-The more references the better! i.e. if you want the character drawn in a specific pose, etc. please provide some ref.
